Scope of Work: Two retail spaces located in a busy section of the Logan Airport were to be 3D surveyed and documented for a new retail store, including ceiling fixtures and devices. It was important to 3D scan the existing retail space along with the public corridor to gain a sense of context and design limitation.

Results: Deep Design Studio 3D scanned the corridor as well as the retail space using high dynamic range to capture more detail in more vivid color. The scan data was converted into a point cloud and inserted into Revit for as-built modeling, which took less than a week. Both the scan data and the 3D as-built model were well received.
