Project Size: ~7,800 square feet

Scope of Work: Deep Design Studio was hired to perform high definition 3D laser scanning of the single-family luxury residence in the northern Chicago suburb of Lake Bluff. The interior designers required accurate CAD floor plans of the first and second floor for furniture layouts and minor cosmetic work. It was also very important to locate electrical outlets and devices, light switches, light fixtures and ceiling heights.

Deliverable: DDS provided CAD plans of the first floor and second floor that became the design firm’s standard template for all new design projects moving forward.
