Scope of Work: Deep Design Studio was to create a BIM as-built of the Ingham County Medical Care Facility in Okemos Michigan from PDFs acquired by Hooker DeJong. The requirement was to generate a Revit model that included all walls, doors, windows, ceilings, floors, roofs, plumbing fixtures, and primary structural elements at a level 300 LOD and an accuracy level to within ¼” of the existing PDF drawing.

Deliverable: DDS delivered a completed model of the medical facility based on the provided PDFs and images of the existing facility. The model was also developed from the architectural Revit template provided by Hook DeJong that would align the as-built model with the firm’s standards.
