Scope of Work: Deep Design Studio (DDS) was responsible for high definition 3D laser scanning of the existing condition that included the exterior “shell” of the building, core elements (stair, elevator, and ramps), floors, columns, and all door and window locations. DDS registered the scans into a single unified RCP file for the purposes of modeling the existing conditions at a LOD of 300 in Revit.

Deliverable: The architect and the client received a complete Revit model at a 300 LOD that included all the different floor levels in the building and their relation along with the relation for floor levels to the adjoining building for feasibility studies.
