Project Size: ~45,000 square feet

Scope of Work: Shive-Hattery was commissioned to resign and redevelop the corporate office of Jellyvision located in a two-story historic warehouse building. The building has exposed wood beams and joists, and an exposed brick interior that would be difficult to document without using 3D scanning.

Results: Deep Design Studio scanned the entire building in less than two days and created a 3D as-built model three weeks later. The generated point cloud allowed Deep Design Studio to precisely model all the structure and exterior façade conditions for Shive-Hattery to begin the design process to redevelop the current interior layout.
