Project Size: ~30,000 square feet

Scope of Work: The Signature Room on the 95th and 96th Floor of the John Hancock Building was to under-go a few cosmetic renovations and VOA needed as-build drawings. DDS hand-measured and verified the existing conditions of the 95th and 96th floor based on only “core and shell” information and created CAD to go along with the measurements.

Deliverable: The final deliverable was a basic CAD layout of the restaurant, lounge and back of house.
