Scope of Work: BOMA Calculations were needed for the American Realty Advisors on a 3 story, multi-use, office building on the far southwest side of Chicago. Previous CAD was obtained but needed to be confirmed using 3D laser scanning. With the scan data, tenant space could be identified and BOMA Calculation could be made.

Deliverable: The deliverable was the new modified CAD with all the necessary adjustments to the plans per the scan data. From the CAD, color-coated PDFs were developed indicating square footages pertaining to tenant spaces, building common area, and floor common area used in BOMA Calculations.
