Scope of Work: The Interior Designers at Treby Spanedda needed as-builts for the lobby of Savoy Plaza Apartments and renderings to show the new furniture layout and finishes. DDS scanned the lobby, as well as a few typical units, and generated 3D as-built models for the existing condition. Then, DDS began applying material to the 3D model based on information provided by the designers to create photorealistic renders.

Deliverable: DDS had to provide floor plans and reflected ceiling plans along with interior elevations showing the materiality and furniture of the space. DDS also had to provide fully rendered photorealistic perspective images with lighting and material properly depicted.
